Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. This role offers 100% remote work, flexible caseload management, and strong clinical support with streamlined billing and credentialing.

You will deliver weekly telehealth sessions, apply evidence-based approaches such as CBT and UP, and use measurement-based care to track progress.

Qualifications

• Master2s or Doctorate required in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• 2+ years of delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
