Job summary

Brightside Health Inc. in the United States is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide 100% remote telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Work from home, flexible schedule, steady referrals, and comprehensive support.

You will deliver weekly therapy sessions (53+ minutes), use CBT and other evidence-based approaches, and benefit from malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and AI-enabled documentation. Minimum 9 hours/week across at least 2 days.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
