Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth services as 1099 contractors. This 100% remote role provides flexible scheduling, steady referrals, malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and strong clinical support.
Therapists will deliver weekly telehealth sessions, apply CBT and other evidence-based approaches, and track progress with digital assessments. The role supports Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks.
Competenze
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
- Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
Mansioni
- Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
- Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
