Beacon Talent is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for remote telehealth care delivery across multiple states. This RN will conduct virtual encounters, triage symptoms, provide health education, and monitor chronic conditions from a HIPAA-compliant home workspace.

The role requires 5+ years of nursing experience, active RN licenses in at least three states, current BLS, reliable high-speed internet, and proficiency with EMR and telehealth platforms. Multi-state licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least 3 U.S. states.
• Current BLS certification.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a computer, webcam, and headset.
• Comfort with EMR documentation and virtual care platforms.

Responsabilités

• Conduct virtual patient encounters via video, phone, and/or secure messaging.
• Assess red-flag symptoms and guide callers to home care, urgent clinic, or 911.
• Review daily vital signs and monitor chronic conditions.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR/EHR platform.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state telehealth regulations.
