Job summary

Beacon Talent is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for remote telehealth care delivery across multiple states. This RN will conduct virtual encounters, triage symptoms, provide health education, and monitor chronic conditions from a HIPAA-compliant home workspace.

The role requires 5+ years of nursing experience, active RN licenses in at least three states, current BLS, reliable high-speed internet, and proficiency with EMR and telehealth platforms. Multi-state licensure preferred.

Qualifications

About the role:

Our client, a leading telehealth platform, is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to deliver virtual care to their patients. This role involves delivering remote patient care, symptom triage, health education, or chronic disease monitoring via phone, video, or digital platforms. You will work remotely from a private, HIPAA-compliant environment, following evidence-based clinical protocols and escalating cases that require in-person evaluation.

This is a strong fit for Registered Nurses who want to work from the comfort of their home and have the ability to practice across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient encounters via video, phone, and/or secure messaging in accordance with the client's care model
• Answering incoming patient calls, assessing "red flag" symptoms (such as chest pain or breathing difficulty), and guiding callers to home care, an urgent clinic, or 911.
• Reviewing daily vital signs, managing chronic conditions (like heart failure or diabetes), and supporting anti-obesity or specialized medications
• Document all encounters accurately and promptly in the client's EMR/EHR platform
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state telehealth regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least 3 U.S. states
• Clean history with no adverse board actions
• Current BLS certification
• 5+ years of experience
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a computer, webcam, and headset
• Comfort with EMR documentation and virtual care platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensure in multiple states
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) proficiency
• Familiarity with EMR platforms
