Job summary

Telenett is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality telehealth services to patients via video and phone visits. You will assess, diagnose, and manage care, documenting thoroughly and ensuring HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and develop individualized care plans while staying current with telehealth best practices and EHR workflows.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telecommunication technologies, including video calls and phone consultations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated on best practices in telehealth and participate in ongoing professional development.
