Reliant Care Management Company seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor health needs with attention to safety and quality of care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, families, and staff, ongoing professional development, and adherence to best practices. Eligible candidates will hold a current RN license and have strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Formación

• Current unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' health needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Educate patients and families to provide education and support.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records.
• Stay up-to-date with current nursing research and best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
