Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is looking for an RN Case Manager, Telehealth to lead clinical outreach programs and enhance member health via tele-pharmacy. Applicants should hold a valid RN license and have clinical experience. The role is based in the United States with options for remote work or office locations in St. Louis, MO and Brentwood, TN.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing is required.
• 2+ years clinical experience including direct consultation experience.

• Develop clinical algorithms and call scripts for pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality clinical products.
• Stay current with new healthcare guidelines and medications.
