Qualifications

• BSN or MSN from an accredited college of nursing.
• Or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years from date of hire.
• Current RN license (Nebraska or compact multistate).

Responsabilités

• Provide remote nursing care to patients and assist bedside RN via telehealth.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Use virtual tools to communicate with patients and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and adjust care plans, provide patient education, and coordinate discharge planning.
