POD Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) licensed in Florida to join our expanding telehealth team. You will provide medical nutrition therapy and counseling to patients across Florida, managing chronic conditions and general wellness with a collaborative care team.
The role offers clinical autonomy and requires a Florida RDN with bilingual Spanish proficiency and telehealth experience.
Competenze
- Bachelor's or Master's in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- RDN certification with CDR.
- CDN license in Florida.
- Spanish fluency required.
- At least 1 year of nutrition experience.
- Familiarity with EHR systems.
- Strong communication and tech literacy.
- Secure remote workspace with high-speed internet.
Mansioni
- Conduct virtual nutrition assessments and develop care plans.
- Provide one-on-one counseling via HIPAA-compliant telehealth tools.
- Document encounters in the EHR system.
- Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and care coordinators.
- Educate patients and families on dietary strategies and supplements.
- Stay current on evidence-based telehealth practices.
- Support patient satisfaction and quality improvement.
- Lead community-based nutrition education workshops.
