Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks a Manager of Provider Network Operations to build and scale our multi-license-type clinician network across pregnancy, postpartum and pediatric care. You will partner with Recruiting, Licensing & Credentialing, Product, and Clinical Leadership to design programs, processes, and infrastructure that support growth, utilization, retention, and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in provider network management, provider success/experience, or network operations at a telehealth company.

Responsibilities

• Set and report on network capacity targets and close gaps before they affect patient access.
• Partner with Recruiting, Licensing & Credentialing, and Learning teams to keep time from contract signature to first patient visit efficient as volume scales.
• Own the end-to-end provider relationship, including orientation, utilization, and retention.
• Define and track provider utilization metrics and translate insights into process or product fixes.
• Build and run programs (e.g., incentives, community) that keep clinicians actively practicing within the Pomelo network.
• Partner with Quality to define what good looks like and translate standards into network criteria.
• Monitor provider-level quality data and drive action on outliers with Clinical leadership.
• Support quality-based remediation and contract termination decisions per standards.
• Serve as connective tissue across Licensing, Credentialing, Quality, Clinical Ops, and Product teams.
• Build dashboards to provide a clear view of network health.
• Represent the provider network in planning and flag risks before they become urgent.
