Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual practice across 44 states. Physicians dictate their schedule within a structured weekly framework and operate as independent contractors with 1099 status and a commission-based pay model.

Compensation includes $35 per completed consult, $105/hour for standard 20-minute visits, and increases to $210/hour with shorter visit times, with top earners exceeding $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C-II prescriptions except buprenorphine for MOUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
