Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedules within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) with $105/hour for standard 20-minute visits, rising to $210/hour as visit times shorten; top earners exceed $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships through compassionate care.
• Order and interpret lab tests to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications (no C- substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
