Job summary

UW Health eICU is seeking a Telehealth Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) to join our remote care team. You will admit, transfer, and discharge patients from inpatient units and Surgical Services in eCareManager, ensuring correct location entries and accurate patient data in ECM.

The role supports 75% FTE at 30 hours per week with Day/Night rotation and weekends as needed, contributing to a high-quality, remote critical care service from our Madison-based center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Registry on State of Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aide Upon Hire required; CMA/TMA upon hire required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote care for critical care patients.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients within eCareManager to correct locations.
• Verify patient records and transfers into ECM.
