Job summary

CTC Medisource seeks a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care remotely. You will assess, diagnose, treat, educate, and manage patients aged 18 months and older, documenting encounters in an EHR and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

This role offers $75.00 hourly, full- or part-time options with evening shifts; some weekends/holidays may be required. Massachusetts NP license is required; multi-state licensure is strongly preferred, along

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts NP license.
• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinically relevant Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments for primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients.
• Develop diagnoses, treatment plans, and disposition recommendations.
• Provide patient education, health counseling, and preventive care guidance.
• Counsel patients regarding contraceptive care, pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and medication management.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EHR.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient-centered care.
• Promote patient engagement, satisfaction, and positive health outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
