Job summary

AgelessRx is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the medical team as a remote 1099 contractor. You will provide prescriptive services through telehealth, reviewing histories and requests, and documenting consultations across states with independent medical judgment.

The role requires active NP licensure in 13+ states and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed. Compensation is task- and consultation-based, with average monthly earnings around $5,000.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license(s) in good standing.
• Licensed in 13+ U.S. states.
• Strong preference for licensure in: CA, TX, FL, NY, IL, CO, PA, AZ, WA, and/or OH.
• Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Comfortable conducting synchronous telehealth consultations where required.
• Previous telemedicine experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Evaluate prescription requests and determine treatment appropriateness using clinical guidelines and independent medical judgment.
• Conduct and document synchronous video and/or phone consultations in applicable states.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, administrative, and support teams to ensure efficient patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, risks, and follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
• Support ongoing improvements to clinical workflows and operational processes.
• Help uphold high standards for patient safety, compliance, and customer experience.
