Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care to patients in nursing homes via telemedicine.
- Document patient care in medical records and ensure accuracy of charts.
- Assess patients, perform histories and exams, and update medical records.
- Instruct and counsel patients on treatment plans and wellness strategies.
- Develop and implement patient management plans in collaboration with physicians.
