Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment seeks a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join a pioneering virtual health organization delivering chat, video visits, and rapid specialist input across the US.

You will manage low to high acuity patient care, lead clinical workflows, and drive digital adoption on a sophisticated telehealth platform, enabling efficient labs, imaging, and referrals while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Must hold state NP license covering significant patient population.
• Minimum of 6,240 practice hours (about 3 years full-time clinical experience).
• Background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Graduate of a US-based medical training program.
• Leadership experience overseeing clinical groups or policies.
• Fast learner with new software tools and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Virtual Patient Care: conduct chat and video visits for varying acuity.
• Triage & Coordination: manage complex triage and rapid specialist referrals.
• Clinical Leadership: oversee workflows and ensure policy adherence.
• Tech Integration: use digital platform to streamline outcomes and admin tasks.
