• TX/CA/FL NP license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate NP and clinical staff.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for NPs and staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Oversee documentation and compliance with EHR requirements.
