Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking Telehealth Nurse Practitioners for a fully remote role across the United States. You will conduct chat and video visits, triage patients, and coordinate rapid specialist input within a digital health platform.

Ideal candidates hold US medical licenses covering a broad population, have about 3 years of full-time clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine, and can lead workflow improvements while adapting to new telehealth tools. Equity is included.

Qualifications

• Current state medical licenses covering at least 40% of the US population.
• Minimum of 6,240 practice hours (roughly 3 years of full-time clinical experience).
• Background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Graduate of a US-based medical training program.
• Experience overseeing clinical groups, workflows, or setting practice policies.
• Fast learner regarding new software tools, telehealth platforms, and digital processes.

Responsibilities

• Virtual Patient Care: Conduct chat and video visits, managing patient needs from low to high acuity.
• Triage & Coordination: Manage complex triage scenarios and coordinate rapid specialist inputs and referrals within the patient's network.
• Clinical Leadership: Oversee clinical workflows and ensure adherence to practice policies.
• Tech Integration: Utilize a sophisticated digital platform to streamline patient outcomes and administrative tasks.
