Job summary

Prestige Workforce Solutions partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology company to identify experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioners for a fully remote opportunity. You will deliver virtual care across triage, asynchronous chat, and video visits with streamlined access to labs, imaging, referrals, and collaborating physicians.

You will focus on patient care, clinical ownership, and using modern digital health tools in a scalable virtual care environment.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background
• Minimum 6,240 clinical hours (~3+ years full-time)
• 5–10 years total clinical experience
• 4+ years telehealth experience preferred
• Active multi-state licensure covering at least 40% of the U.S. including CA, TX, FL, NY
• U.S.-trained and U.S.-based candidates only
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup
• Strong written and video-based communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care through triage, asynchronous messaging, and video consultations
• Manage patients across varying levels of clinical acuity
• Order and coordinate labs, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to clinical workflows, documentation standards, and best practices
• Utilize modern digital health platforms designed to support efficiency and quality care
