Job summary

Rula is expanding its behavioral health network in Washington. Licensed LMHCs provide sessions via telehealth as 1099 contractors with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Rula handles insurance, billing, and admin tasks to support clinicians.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute hourly session, with biweekly direct deposits and payment protection for no-shows and denials. WA license and NPIs are required to join.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC with valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
• Contractor status with 1099 and no minimum caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Complete session notes; billing and claims handled by Rula.
• Manage your own schedule and engage client referrals.
