Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington, offering a telehealth-based behavioral health platform. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing, and claims processing.

Compensation for LMHCs is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payments every two weeks. New clinicians receive fast credentialing and ongoing support, plus referral generation to fill

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in WA.
• Valid NPI
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Complete session notes and maintain documentation in EHR.
• Participate in schedule autonomy and accept referrals as available.
