Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health care via telehealth. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and admin tasks.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payments every two weeks and no-shows/late cancellations protections. Remote work is available with optional in-person incentives in WA.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LMFT, LICSW or LMHC license in Washington state.
• Valid NPI number.
• Telehealth capability and setup to see clients remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions to WA clients.
• Maintain clinical notes; scheduling and billing handled by Rula, with EHR support and tech help provided.
