Consciousabraxas, a West Palm Beach-based mental health company, is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and families across licensed states, while aligning with a startup mission focused on expanding access to quality behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient in treatment planning and virtual communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance.
