Job summary

Brightside Health seeks licensed mental health therapists to join as 100% remote, 1099 contractors delivering telehealth treatment to adults.

Work flexibly with a built-in clinical community, billing, credentialing and insurance handled for you, and a steady referral flow. Compensation is $83-103 per 53+ minute session; free CEUs, malpractice coverage, CAMS training, and AI-enabled documentation support help you sustain a private-practice-style workload.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Able to commit to at least 9 hours/week across 2+ days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and related evidence-based modalities.
• Track progress using measurement-based care and digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
