Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Telehealth Case Manager Coordinator for its PR telehealth clinic. The role supports a fully virtual mental health program, coordinating care and ensuring timely access to psychiatric and therapeutic services while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, strong communication skills, and experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems, enabling effective care coordination and patient support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in social work or psychology or related field.
• Two+ years in health field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency with HER software and secure communication platforms.
• Preferred bilingual capability; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care across a fully virtual mental health clinic and ensure timely access to psychiatric and therapeutic services.
• Act as liaison between providers and patients, delivering education, coordinating care, and offering support via telehealth.
• Handle appointment preparation, including documents, payments, and family coordination for pre-visit completion.
• Serve as first contact for non-emergency needs like medication refills or rescheduling.
• Provide technical education and support for videoconferencing and EHR navigation; assist with connectivity.
