Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling via secure telehealth platforms.
• Address work-related, personal, family, and life-management concerns per EAP program.
• All services delivered virtually via secure videoconferencing.
• Assess participant needs to identify appropriate mental health resources.
• Provide immediate virtual support during distress, trauma, or crisis.
• Offer remote guidance during workplace emergencies to EAP clients.
• Manage appointments professionally and notify of changes per policy.
• Conduct virtual workshops on stress management and resilience.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and ethics.
• Complete accurate clinical records per legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure no discrimination in service provision based on protected characteristics.
• Comply with applicable law and behavioral health practice standards.
• Notify promptly of credentialing or licensure events affecting practice.
