Job summary

Brave Health is seeking a full-time Associate Therapist to deliver outpatient services through our telehealth program. This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from your own home while helping patients access compassionate mental health care.

You will collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and use telehealth software and internal tools to support care. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Privacy-compliant home workspace for patient safety and HIPAA.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance use diagnoses.
• Experience with treatment planning.
• Comfort with telehealth technology and internal tools.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.
