New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Telecounselor I to provide individual counseling via HIPAA-compliant video to patients across the United States. Remote work may be available; schedule depends on clinic assignments and patient needs.

You will join a multidisciplinary team including Medical Director, Program Director, Treatment Services Coordinator, Counselors and Nurses to support patient well-being.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a Human Services related field.
• Current independent counseling license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent) preferred; or Registered Intern with 90 days to licensure.
• Knowledge of Substance Abuse and Telecounseling Services is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to multitask and be reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Performs individual counseling via synchronous video platform.
• Educates patients on treatment, health issues and steps to recovery.
• Maintains 50% direct one-on-one patient contact each month.
• Completes documentation (screenings, notes, treatment plans) within required timeframes.
• May assist with intake, admission, discharge and transfer paperwork.
• Ensures HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance in all activities.
• Responds to emails and communicates with clinic leadership within 1 business day.
