Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project coordination or project management.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Critical path thinking and ability to identify schedule impacts, dependencies, and risks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow).
• Telecommunications industry experience.
• Exposure to Juniper, Starlink, Fiber Optic, Microwave, Wireless, or Broadband projects.
• CAPM certification or pursuit of PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Track project deliverables and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify risks, issues, and root causes affecting critical paths.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders with professionalism.
• Support Senior Project Managers in successful delivery of telecommunications deployments.
