Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking a Telecom Project Coordinator to manage and track maintenance and construction projects across the state with emphasis on scheduling, materials, access, and closure. You will maintain logs and CRM updates to reflect real-time status and coordinate weekly updates with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities include preparing WIP reports, training summaries, and supporting cost tracking for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or controls (telecommunications preferred).
• Familiarity with U.S. telecom providers and their protocols.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF statements). Power BI and SAP a plus.
• Understanding of CPI, SPI, and EAC metrics.
• Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of telecom maintenance and construction projects, including scheduling, materials, access, and closure.
• Maintain and update project logs, CRM systems, and Excel trackers to reflect real-time project status.
• Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and submit daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
