Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Tele-Therapist I to deliver virtual behavioral health care from anywhere. This PRN, per diem role is 100% remote and supports the Behavioral Health Call Center in North Carolina, requiring an active NC license and relevant clinical experience.

You will assess and treat clients, collaborate with psychiatrists and case managers, and help expand access to care for patients across communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Active NC license (LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
• A heart for healing and a passion for access.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual behavioral health assessments and therapy services
• Support patients coping with mental health and substance use challenges
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and healthcare providers
