Job summary

Qualifications

• MD with completion of accredited psychiatry residency (BE/BC).
• Active psychiatry license in the US; IMLCC eligible.
• Willingness to provide at least 10 hours/week, including some nights/weekends.
• Experience with tele-psychiatry and EMR systems.
• Cross-state licensure and HIPAA-compliant care.

Responsibilities

• Provide tele-psychiatry care to Headspace members via HIPAA-compliant video.
• Complete and lock clinical notes within 24 hours of sessions.
• Maintain licensure records and stay updated with leadership communications.
• Collaborate with mental health coaches, therapists, and external providers.
• Integrate cutting-edge technology into care.
