Job summary

UT Southwestern is seeking a Technology Resilience Analyst II to strengthen the organization's ability to withstand, respond to, and recover from technology disruptions. You will work with IT, security, and risk teams to identify vulnerabilities, document resilience measures, and support testing and training initiatives.

The role typically operates in a remote environment with occasional on-site requirements and may involve on-call rotations and travel for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting technology resilience, disaster recovery or BC.
• Disaster Recovery II (ABCP) certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and failures.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical apps and infrastructure.
• Monitor, test, and report resilience controls and recovery procedures; implement improvements.
