Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Technology Resilience Analyst II to strengthen continuity of critical systems. You will assess risks, develop DR/BC plans, and collaborate with IT and risk teams to ensure resilient operations. Remote work with periodic office presence is expected.

The role requires a 2-year track record in resilience, plus education in IT/security and relevant certifications. Travel may be required for training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, risk management or related field.
2 years' experience in technology resilience, disaster recovery or BC.
Familiar with IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for tech resilience.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and BC plans for critical systems.
Test and monitor resilience controls and recovery procedures.
Support incident response during outages or cyber events.
Collaborate with IT to review architecture for resilience.
Ensure regulatory alignment and documentation for management.
