Job summary

Harman is looking for a Technology Manager for BU Integration to manage technology planning and ensure the successful integration of Intelligent Audio innovations into products. This role involves working closely with product teams to align technology deliveries with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, 5-8+ years of experience in technology management, and strong project management and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in a technology management, product management, or technical program management role.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple project threads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Experience with media or audio technologies, or AI/ML products is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a unified roadmap that links Intelligent Audio technology deliveries with product release schedules.
• Proactively gather detailed requirements from business units for intelligent audio features.
• Serve as the evangelist for Intelligent Audio within the company and to key external partners.
