Mercury GSE is seeking a Remote Technician to perform complex troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on our GSE fleet. The role is primarily field-based at customer sites, requiring strong problem-solving, communication and safety discipline.
You will diagnose, repair and calibrate powertrain, hydraulic and electrical systems, read schematics, and maintain documentation while traveling to domestic and international client locations.

The Remote Technician will perform complex technical troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs to the Company’s fleet of ground support equipment. The Remote Technician performs most duties independently at customer locations and serves as the primary point deployed resource for technical issues. The Technician will be responsible for fostering and building customer trust to grow relationships with Mercury GSE.
