Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or certification in Technical Communication, English, Communications, or related field, or 2+ years of experience.
- Proven experience creating technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, SOPs, API docs, knowledge base articles.
- Strong writing, grammar, and editing abilities; clear, concise communication of complex info.
Responsibilities
- Create Technical Documentation — write manuals, installation guides, configuration docs, troubleshooting guides for software, hardware, IT systems.
- Develop SOPs with step-by-step procedures for IT operations, maintenance, and support.
- Translate technical information into language understandable by non-technical users.
