Job summary

PCI Professional Services LLC in the United States seeks a Technical Writer/Editor to develop, edit, and quality-review scientific, technical, evaluation, policy, training, and public-facing products across the DNPAO portfolio and CDC clearance process.

The role will support a high volume of scientific, programmatic, evaluation, policy, and public-facing products, ensuring plain language, accessibility, and editorial consistency across reports, briefs, and web content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience writing and editing scientific, technical, public health, policy, evaluation, or government content.
• Experience supporting complex review and clearance cycles with references/citations, plain language, accessibility, manuscripts, reports, briefs, training resources, presentations, and web content is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit reports, manuscripts, briefs, guidance, toolkits, training materials, presentations, and web content.
• Perform substantive editing, copyediting, proofreading, and reference review.
• Coordinate CDC review, reconcile comments, and maintain version control.
