Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering technical customer solutions via omnichannel support (phone, email, chat).
- Strong technical aptitude with modern computer systems and collaborative software tools.
- Clear, empathetic communication translating technical concepts into simple language.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers across phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve technical challenges with empathy and expertise.
- Empower users with actionable tips, tutorials, and workflows that boost confidence and productivity with Trimble products.
- Champion issue resolution across installations, account entitlements, product extensions, and bug tracking to ensure seamless workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate critical incidents and refine knowledge base resources.
