Sales Match is hiring a Technical Support Agent for a fully remote role based in Oregon, USA. You will resolve everyday computer and software problems using established procedures, working with other agents and senior technicians to keep tickets moving.

This entry-level position requires a 40-hour work week with varying shifts. Training will cover Freshdesk and TeamViewer, and you will provide clear, practical guidance to users to restore access and close tickets efficiently.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no experience required (help desk or coursework welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow established troubleshooting steps.

Responsibilities

• Receive support requests via ticket queue, email, and calls.
• Reference history and guides to start troubleshooting.
• Guide users through OS checks, settings, installations, and tests.
• Observe errors remotely with user permission to troubleshoot.
