Ladders seeks a Technical Solutions Manager - US Remote to join a leader in Telecommunications & Hardware. You will drive data- and AI-enabled capabilities, delivering scalable technology solutions across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $108,200–$137,200 annually. You will influence architecture, delivery quality, and AI deployment within enterprise applications and security practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Technical Solution/Program Management or related roles
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, and PowerShell 7
• Strong understanding of SDLC, GitHub, Jira, SSO, and enterprise IT architecture
• Foundational knowledge of ML, NLP, and Generative AI
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and IT to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise applications, focusing on quality and risk management
• Oversee integration solutions and automate operations to ensure reliability
• Guide best practices in software development and collaborate with security teams
• Design and support AI-driven solutions contributing to AI architecture and model deployment
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented recommendations and proposals
• Leverage enterprise networking and authentication tools to support applications
