Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Integration Engineer IV to join our enterprise technology team. This role leads at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $105,910 – $160,200 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Expert in Python, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
• Deep knowledge of scalable integration patterns with data streaming tech.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Strong customer engagement skills and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Proficient in AI-driven development tools.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skilled in GitHub and Agile tools for collaboration.
