We are looking for an Infrastructure Monitoring Technical Operator (shifts) to proactively monitor an IT LIVE service Infrastructure, working as part of a TEAM to ensure the client services remain 24/7 operational. Any incidents are managed according to established processes. Full training will be provided, enabling you to develop a broad range of digital technologies and shape a career with a global business.
The team operates on a shift pattern with four shifts of three people working on a rota of days and nights. This structure helps you engage and develop working relationships and feel part of the whole team. You will also collaborate with various support teams to maintain services and introduce new ones in a controlled manner. You will be empowered to identify better ways of doing things and share your ideas.
This role is ideal if you are interested in working for a global Infrastructure ICT company and want to pursue a career in the latest technologies, even if you haven't had the opportunity to demonstrate this in a previous role.
