• Attend pre-construction meetings between builders and install companies.
• Gather contractor economics data from crews.
• Complete installation assessments before and after trainings.
• Create a database of installers and sub-contractors.
• Target select installers to build capacity and convert new business.
• Develop installer labor market and onboarding.
• Increase outreach to Hispanic communities.
