• Provide technical direction to ensure solutions comply with Delta's architecture, security, and data-protection standards.
• Ensure operational excellence with Runbooks, Playbooks, dashboards, monitoring, and proactive incident response.
• Drive teams to operate in a cloud-native model and grow team capabilities.
