Job summary

Shaw/Scott is seeking a Technical Project Manager on a contract basis to lead complex marketing migrations and implementations. You will bridge clients with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in technical project management, strong organizational skills, and experience with marketing tech. Remote work with some travel and an hourly compensation of $75–$85.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience leading complex digital marketing projects or migrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Workfront, Airtable).
• PMI/PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project delivery leadership for complex marketing productions from planning to execution.
• Define and manage project scope, milestones and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and RASCI matrix.
• Track progress and communicate risks with solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define objectives.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, internal teams and third-party providers.
• Oversee technical aspects including data mapping and platform configurations.
• Organize status meetings and brief senior leadership regularly.
• Develop contingency plans and address challenges proactively.
• Review key deliverables for client readiness.
• Facilitate end-user training for a smooth transition.
