Job summary

Peraton seeks a Technical Project Manager to support day-to-day program management, scheduling, reporting, and coordination for the BASIS program. You will work under the Program Manager to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across sustainment, modernization, and security tasks.

This role targets early-to-mid career professionals with strong technical aptitude and interest in growing within a large federal IT program.

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience in project coordination or program support roles within IT or software development.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, SharePoint and JIRA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support program management, scheduling, reporting and coordination.
• Assist in maintaining Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and weekly IMS presentations.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning across delivery teams.
• Track risks, issues and maintain Risk Register; coordinate with cybersecurity for POA&M updates.
• Serve as coordination point between technical teams, subcontractors and government stakeholders.
• Maintain program docs, deliverable tracking and SharePoint workspaces.
