Job summary

CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, development and launch of multiple new product introductions (NPI). You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and sales to translate customer requirements into PRDs, technical scope, and executable program plans.

You will drive solution trade-offs, support DFMEA activities, manage risks, and maintain program health with integrated schedules and status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in technical program management, product development, or NPI for complex engineered products.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into PRDs and executable plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Experience with DFMEA, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Core Team to drive from concept assessment, technical execution, cross-functional integration, customer alignment to NPI launch readiness.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding objectives and success criteria; support opportunities and proposals.
• Translate customer requirements into product requirements, scope, PRDs and program plans.
• Drive solution development with engineering teams, facilitate design trade-offs and resolve issues.
• Support DFMEA activities and broader technical risk assessments across design, validation, manufacturability, reliability, cost, schedule.
• Develop mitigation plans, escalation paths and decision frameworks to protect commitments.
• Coordinate engineering, manufaturing, supply chain, quality, sales and customers to maintain alignment.
• Monitor program health through schedules, risks, budgets, and status reporting; travel 10-20% as needed.
